Din nya roll Vi söker nu en Controller med erfarenhet från fastighetsverksamhet eller fastighetsförvaltning till vår kund inom offentlig sektor. Det här är ett konsultuppdrag där du får en viktig roll i att säkerställa kontinuitet och kvalitet i ekonomiarbetet under en övergångsperiod. Du blir en del av ekonomiavdelningen och arbetar nära både verksamheten och ledningen. Rollen passar dig som är trygg i controllerrollen, har god förståelse för fastighetsekonomi och trivs med att omsätta ekonomiska analyser till tydliga beslutsunderlag. I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

Ansvara för och säkerställa arbetet med månadsbokslut och årsbokslut.

Ta fram prognoser och analyser av helårseffekter.

Stödja berörda avdelningar i ekonomistyrning och uppföljning.

Analysera ekonomiskt utfall tillsammans med ledningen.

Identifiera och dokumentera orsaker till eventuella avvikelser.

Ta fram tydliga och relevanta ekonomiska underlag.

Delta i ledningsgrupp och tillsammans med avdelningschef presentera det ekonomiska läget på ett tydligt och pedagogiskt sätt.

Bidra med din kompetens inom controlling och fastighetsekonomi under verksamhetens övergångsperiod.

Bra att känna till Uppdragets omfattning: Heltid, 100% Anställningsform: Tidsbegränsad anställning som konsult via JobBusters. Arbetsmodell: Uppdraget utförs huvudsakligen på plats. Möjlighet till hybridarbete kan diskuteras och överenskommas vid behov. Start: Oktober 2026 Slut: 2027-01-31. Det finns möjlighet till option om ytterligare 3 månader. Minst 3 års erfarenhet som controller inom fastighetsverksamhet eller fastighetsförvaltning.

Mycket goda kunskaper i Excel.

Erfarenhet av ekonomi- och verksamhetssystem.

Förmåga att kommunicera ekonomisk information på ett tydligt och pedagogiskt sätt.

Meriterande: Erfarenhet från offentlig sektor.
