Vi söker nu en erfaren Controller med fastighetsbakgrund för ett konsultuppdrag i Lund. Har du erfarenhet av controling inom fastighetsverksamhet eller fastighetsförvaltning och trivs i en roll där analys, ekonomistyrning och verksamhetsnära stöd står i fokus? Då kan detta vara ett intressant uppdrag för dig. Om uppdraget Uppdraget innebär att tillfälligt förstärka ekonomiavdelningen under en övergångsperiod och säkerställa kontinuitet i det ekonomiska arbetet. Som Controller kommer du bland annat att ansvara för månads- och årsbokslut samt prognoser, samtidigt som du fungerar som ett verksamhetsnära stöd i ekonomistyrningen. Du kommer att arbeta nära berörda avdelningar och ledning, analysera ekonomiskt utfall och identifiera samt dokumentera orsaker till eventuella avvikelser. Rollen innebär även deltagande i ledningsgrupp och att tillsammans med avdelningschef presentera det ekonomiska läget på ett tydligt och pedagogiskt sätt. Uppdraget är i huvudsak på plats i Lund, med möjlighet till hybridarbete efter överenskommelse. Vi söker dig som har Högskole- eller universitetsutbildning inom ekonomi.

Minst 3 års erfarenhet som Controller inom fastighetsverksamhet eller fastighetsförvaltning.

Mycket goda kunskaper i Excel.

Erfarenhet av ekonomi- och verksamhetssystem.

God analytisk förmåga och vana att omsätta ekonomisk information till tydliga beslutsunderlag.

Förmåga att kommunicera ekonomiska frågor på ett pedagogiskt och verksamhetsnära sätt.

Meriterande är erfarenhet från offentlig sektor.
