Vi söker nu en Controller till Nordfin Capitals huvudkontor, som är beläget på Lindholmspiren i Göteborg. Du kommer ingå i ett varmt och prestigelöst team med stor utvecklingspotential i rollen. Som Controller på Nordfin Capital ansvarar du för både Redovisning och Business Controlling. En central del av rollen är att ta hem redovisningen från extern part och bygga upp effektiva interna ekonomiprocesser. Du har helhetsansvar för bolagets finansiella rapportering och fungerar som ett viktigt affärsstöd till ledningen. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: · Redovisning & bokslut: Löpande bokföring samt månads-, kvartals- och årsbokslut för fem bolag · Legal rapportering: Årsredovisningar, deklarationer samt skatt- och momsrapportering · Business Controlling: Resultat- och lönsamhetsanalyser, KPI‑uppföljning och beslutsstöd · Budget & prognos: Budgetprocess, likviditetsprognoser och affärsmodeller i nära samarbete med CEO · Processutveckling: Implementera och förbättra rutiner och systemstöd inom ekonomifunktionen · Externa kontakter: Kontaktperson mot revisorer, bank och lönepartner Personliga egenskaper samt kvalifikationer Vi söker en prestigelös, drivande och strukturerad person som trivs med ordning och reda, men som också har förmågan att lyfta blicken och se affärsnyttan bakom siffrorna. För att lyckas i rollen är du självgående, kvalitetsmedveten och har en god samarbetsförmåga. Du har flera års erfarenhet som kvalificerad redovisingsekonom eller ekonomiansvarig med bred kunskap inom bokslutsarbete och årsredovisning. Vidare har du erfarenhet av, eller ett starkt intresse för, Business Controlling och finansiell analys, goda kunskaper i Excel samt vana av att bygga och utveckla ekonomiprocesser. Du behärskar svenska och engelska flytande i tal och skrift. Erfarenhet från factoring, fintech, bank eller inkasso är meriterande. Har vi väckt din nyfikenhet och vill du höra mer?
