Du bemannar receptionen och ansvarar för kontorets dagliga drift. Tjänsten är till början ett vikariat på 6 månader, med start november/december. Låter det spännande? Information om tjänsten I rollen som Facility Manager med receptionsansvar är du en viktig del av Coors arbete att skapa ett välfungerande och välkomnande kontor. Du kommer sitta i centrala Malmö och vara en del av ett team som präglas av samarbete, serviceanda och engagemang. Din arbetsdag är varierad, ena stunden välkomnar du besökare i receptionen, nästa stöttar du verksamheten genom att koordinera ärenden kopplat till kontorsmiljön. Självklart börjar du din anställning med en introduktion så att du snabbt kommer in i rutinerna. Tjänsten är ett vikariat på 6 månader. Du skapar struktur, löser problem och ser till att allt flyter på för kollegor och besökare. Arbetsuppgifterna inkluderar bland annat: Bemanna receptionen, ta emot besökare och hantera telefonväxel Hantera säkerhetsfrågor & larm, samt beställning av inpasseringskort Vara kontaktperson gentemot leverantörer, entreprenörer och fastighetsägare Säkerställa rutiner och processer kring drift, posthantering och besök Sköta AV-teknik i mötesrum och stötta vid konferenser Delta i projekt kopplade till kontoret och fastigheten
