Om Plus1 Plus1 är ett snabbväxande fintech-bolag med en mission att ge människor kontrollen tillbaka över sin privatekonomi. Vi refinansierar lån, och mer än så: vi ger rådgivning och hittar lösningar som gör verklig skillnad för våra kunder. Vi skalar nu vår verksamhet i Europa och söker en dansktalande Customer Advisor baserad i Stockholm, som vill vara med och bygga vår närvaro på den danska marknaden. Rollen Som Customer Advisor ger du expertrådgivning och bidrar till att göra lanseringen på den danska marknaden till en succé. Din vardag inkluderar:

Ägarskap och uppföljning av kreditansökningar från våra digitala kanaler på den danska marknaden.

Genomförande av kreditbedömningar och utvärdering av ekonomiskt utrymme för att säkerställa ansvarsfull utlåning.

Vägledning av kunder genom processen och att hitta skräddarsydda lösningar som skapar verkligt ekonomiskt värde.

Bidra med lokal insikt för att förbättra våra processer och verktyg i takt med att vi skalar.

Vem är du? Vi letar efter någon med en pionjärmentalitet. Du är tekniskt kunnig, resultatorienterad och trivs i ett högt tempo. Du väntar inte på en att-göra-lista, du agerar på det som behövs.

2+ års erfarenhet inom kundrådgivning, låneförmedling eller finansiell försäljning.

Du kan översätta siffror till tydliga rekommendationer och bygga förtroende via telefon och digitala kanaler.

Du jobbar självständigt men älskar att vara del av ett team där alla stöttar varandra.

Flytande danska och svenska, engelska är ett krav, ytterligare språk är ett plus.
