För kunds räkning söker vi en Customer Experience Representative som vill arbeta i en central roll mellan kunder, försäljning och leveranskedja. Du ansvarar för kundrelationer, orderflöden, offerter och samordning av aktiviteter samtidigt som du bidrar till förbättrade processer och en positiv kundupplevelse.

Uppdragsbeskrivning

Som Customer Experience Representative ansvarar du för en egen kundportfölj och arbetar nära försäljningsorganisationen. Arbetsuppgifterna omfattar hantering av kundorder, leveransplaner, offerter, uppföljning av orderstock och löpande kunddialog. Du samarbetar med säljorganisation, tekniska specialister och leveranskedja samt deltar i digitaliseringsinitiativ som utvecklar processer och kundupplevelse.

Vem passar för uppdraget?

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av kundnära arbete och relationsbyggande. Du har universitetsexamen eller motsvarande relevant arbetslivserfarenhet, goda IT-kunskaper, erfarenhet av SAP samt flytande kunskaper i svenska och engelska. Du arbetar strukturerat, är processorienterad, tar initiativ, kan prioritera i ett högt tempo och samarbetar väl med andra.

Meriterande

Erfarenhet från industriell verksamhet. Erfarenhet av nordiskt eller internationellt kundarbete. Erfarenhet av digitaliserings- eller förbättringsinitiativ.
