Tremco CPG söker en serviceinriktad och strukturerad kundtjänstmedarbetare till vårt nordiska team i Göteborg. Du får en varierad roll med kundservice, orderhantering, administration och verksamhetsstöd mot Sverige och Norge. Tjänsten är på heltid och är en visstidsanställning på minst 12 månader, med möjlighet till förlängning.

Arbetsuppgifter

Som Kundtjänstmedarbetare blir du en viktig kontakt mellan våra kunder och interna funktioner. Du arbetar mot kunder och verksamhet i Sverige och Norge Danmark och samarbetar nära kollegor inom bland annat kundservice, logistik, produktledning. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är att: * Ge god kundservice till kunder i Sverige och Norge. * Registrera och hantera kundorder på ett korrekt och effektivt sätt. * Besvara kundfrågor via 20% telefon och 80% e-post. * Säkerställa att produktinformationen är korrekt, komplett och uppdaterad. * Ge administrativt och operativt stöd till olika delar av verksamheten. * Identifiera möjligheter att förbättra arbetssätt och processer.

Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av kundservice, customer eller liknande administrativt arbete.

Vi ser gärna att du har:

  • Erfarenhet av kundservice, customer success, eller liknande roll.
  • Goda IT-kunskaper.
  • Erfarenhet av SAP, eller produktinformationssystem är meriterande.
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.
  • Förmåga att kommunicera professionellt kunder och samarbetspartners.

Du behöver kunna arbeta strukturerat, hantera flera arbetsuppgifter samtidigt och kommunicera professionellt med både kunder och kollegor.
