Är du en engagerad och flexibel person som vill arbeta deltid med kunder i fokus? Har du även tidigare erfarenhet av kundsupport och att arbeta i en föränderlig miljö? HoistSpar söker nu en Customer Service Representative på deltid till deras team i Stockholm med start omgående! Hoist Finance grundades år 1994 och har sedan starten åtnjutit en stark och lönsam tillväxt under flera års tid, och finns idag i 15 europeiska länder. HoistSpars verksamhet administreras genom Hoist Finance AB och erbjuder sparkonton till företag och privatpersoner där merpart idag består av privatpersoner.

Dina arbetsuppgifter Som Customer Service Representative har du daglig kontakt med kunder via telefon, e-post och digitala kanaler, samt hanterar viss skriftlig kommunikation per brev. Rollen kombinerar kundservice med administrativa arbetsuppgifter och innefattar bland annat uppdatering av hemsidan, dokumentation samt utveckling av interna rutiner och processer. Du är även delaktig i den manuella administrationen kring kunders onboarding och offboarding för att säkerställa en smidig kundupplevelse.

Stötta upp och hantera kundärenden via telefon, e-post och tills viss del via brev

Sköta administrativa uppgifter kopplat till samtalen

Samarbeta med andra funktioner internt

Ansvara över manuella kontoavslut och utbetalningar

Din profil

Meriterande om du nyligen börjat studera ekonomi eller data- och systemvetenskap samt ser detta som en bra tjänst för att få in en fot i branschen

Är serviceminded, positiv och noggrann

Du är intresserad av data och system

Trivs att arbeta i ett föränderligt bolag under stark tillväxt

Är prestigelös och tycker om att jobba i team likväl som individuellt

Du gillar att ha många bollar i luften och kan lätt prioritera

Du har erfarenhet av kundservice

Flytande i tal och skrift på svenska och engelska

Meriterande med språkkunskaper inom spanska, polska och/eller tyska.

Du kommer att utgå från deras huvudkontor i centrala Stockholm och vara en del av ett härligt team. Här arbetar du i ett öppet klimat med högt i tak och nära till beslut. HoistSpar har ett stort hjärta för kunden, delar gärna med sig av sina kunskaper och ”krokar arm” för att göra sina kunder ännu nöjdare. Tjänsten avser en deltidsanställning, arbetstiderna är belägna inom 8-17 och du blir anställd hos Hoist Finance. Vi ser gärna att du har pågående studier i minst ett år framåt.
