Är du serviceinriktad, strukturerad och trivs med att ha kontakt med kunder varje dag? Vi söker nu en Customer Support Agent till ett företag där kundupplevelsen står i fokus. Du blir en viktig kontakt mellan kunderna och verksamheten och får en varierad roll där du kombinerar service, administration och problemlösning. Om rollen Som Customer Support Agent ansvarar du för att ta hand om kundernas frågor och se till att varje ärende hanteras professionellt och effektivt. Du kommer bland annat att arbeta med: Kundservice och hantering av inkommande ärenden Orderregistrering och uppföljning Frågor kring leveranser, returer och reklamationer Administration i Business Central och andra system Kontakt med interna avdelningar för att hitta rätt lösning för kunden Uppföljning av pågående ärenden

Du kommer att ha kontakt med både e-handelskunder, återförsäljare och företagets egna butiker. Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av kundservice och tycker om att hjälpa människor. Du är professionell i ditt bemötande och har lätt för att skapa förtroende även när du behöver hantera problem eller reklamationer. Du är strukturerad och noggrann, samtidigt som du kan hantera flera ärenden parallellt utan att tappa fokus. Vi ser gärna att du: Har några års erfarenhet av kundservice, customer support eller liknande Är van vid administrativt arbete Har lätt för att lära dig nya digitala system Har goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office Behärskar svenska och engelska mycket väl i tal och skrift

Meriterande Erfarenhet från e-handel eller retail Erfarenhet av Business Central eller Navision Erfarenhet av orderhantering och logistik

Som person Du är lösningsorienterad, ansvarstagande och självgående. Du ser till att saker blir gjorda och följer upp dina ärenden från början till slut. Samtidigt tycker du om att samarbeta och förstår värdet av bra kommunikation mellan olika delar av verksamheten.
