Talar och skriver du obehindrat på danska och tycker om att hjälpa kunder? Vi söker en engagerad kundservicemedarbetare som vill bli en del av vårt nordiska team och ge våra danska kunder bästa möjliga service. GGM Gastro Nordic AB erbjuder professionell restaurang- och storköksutrustning till kunder i Norden. Våra kunder är bland annat restauranger, caféer, hotell och andra verksamheter inom kök och gastronomi. Om rollen Du blir en viktig kontaktperson för våra danska kunder och hjälper dem med frågor före, under och efter deras köp. Du arbetar nära dina kollegor och följer upp kundärenden så att kunden får tydliga besked och rätt hjälp. Dina arbetsuppgifter omfattar att: Besvara kundfrågor via telefon, mejl och chatt på danska. Hjälpa kunder med produktfrågor, offerter och beställningar. Hantera frågor om betalningar och leveranser. Samarbeta med kollegor, lager och andra avdelningar för att lösa kundärenden.

Vem söker vi? Det viktigaste kravet är att du talar och skriver obehindrat på danska. Du ska känna dig trygg med att föra samtal och skriva tydliga, professionella svar till våra danska kunder. Du är serviceinriktad, ansvarstagande och lösningsorienterad. Du lyssnar på kundens behov, behåller lugnet i utmanande situationer och tar ansvar för att följa dina ärenden hela vägen. Du arbetar strukturerat och trivs med både självständigt arbete och samarbete. Vi ser gärna att du har: God datorvana och lätt för att lära dig nya system. Förmåga att prioritera mellan olika arbetsuppgifter. Erfarenhet av kundservice, administration, försäljning eller e-handel är meriterande.

Erfarenhet av restaurang- och storköksutrustning är meriterande, men inget krav. Din inställning, servicekänsla och vilja att lära dig är viktigast. Hos oss Du får en varierad roll med många kundkontakter och möjlighet att utveckla dina kunskaper inom kundservice, produkter och e-handel.
