I denna tjänst kommer du att ge stöd och service för våra klienters produkter via telefon och e-post till användare med förfrågningar om funktion, beställningar och reklamationer. Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer att inkludera: Att leverera support och service till användare av medicinteknik. Att bidra till utvecklingen och optimeringen av våra projekt för att säkerställa nöjda kunder. Att följa våra KPI:er för samtalslängd och servicenivå. Att sätta dig in i våra klienters produkter för att kunna leverera utmärkt service.
