Vi söker nu en Tech Support Agent till ett företag som arbetar för att göra vardagen enklare för människor som lever med kroniska sjukdomar. Här får du en viktig roll där du blir användarnas första kontakt vid frågor kring deras medicintekniska utrustning och tillhörande system.

Som Tech Support Agent kommer du att hantera varierande och användarspecifika ärenden via telefon, e-post och digitala webbformulär. Du blir specialist på företagets produkter och hjälper användare med teknisk felsökning, vägledning och support. Rollen erbjuder en kombination av kundkontakt, problemlösning och administration, samtidigt som du får möjlighet att vara med och utveckla arbetssätt och processer för att skapa en ännu bättre användarupplevelse.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: - Hantera supportärenden via telefon, e-post och webbformulär - Ge teknisk support och vägledning kring medicintekniska produkter - Ansvara för reklamationsärenden och uppföljning av dessa - Dokumentera och administrera ärenden i interna system - Identifiera förbättringsområden och bidra till effektivare processer och arbetssätt

Vi söker dig som har en naturlig känsla för service och som trivs med att hjälpa andra. Du är kommunikativ, lösningsorienterad och har förmågan att skapa förtroende i kontakt med användare. Samtidigt arbetar du strukturerat, tar ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter och har lätt för att prioritera när tempot skiftar.

Eftersom rollen innebär mycket kontakt med användare via telefon och e-post är det viktigt att du känner dig trygg i både muntlig och skriftlig kommunikation.

Personprofil

Vi söker dig som: - Talar och skriver flytande danska och engelska - Har god teknisk förståelse och lätt för att sätta dig in i nya system - Har goda kunskaper i Office-paketet - Är noggrann, ansvarstagande och lösningsorienterad - Trivs med både självständigt arbete och nära samarbete med kollegor

Övrigt

Start: Omgående Omfattning: Heltid Arbetstid: Enligt schema måndag–söndag mellan 07.00–22.00. Majoriteten av arbetspassen är förlagda till vardagar mellan 08.00–17.00. Möjlighet till hemarbete enligt överenskommelse. Plats: Stockholm
