7 maj 2014 öppnade vi den 2400 kvadratmeter stora butiken. Det är en modern butik med ett brett sortiment som alltid strävar efter att vara något utöver det vanliga.

I linje med det har vi alltid ställt höga krav på våra medarbetare, och har igenom det byggt upp ett anseende i Farsta Centrum som den trovärdiga och framför allt genuint trevliga butiken. För att bli en del av vårt team ska du:

- Ha erfarenhet av liknande arbete inom försäljning av oförpackade färskvaror som delikatesser, kött och fisk.

- Vara ordningsam och strukturerad i ditt arbete.

- Vara kreativ & självständig.

- Trivas med ett högt tempo.

- Vara stresstålig.

Nu vänder vi oss till dig som har jobbat med oförpackade livsmedel i några år och vill ta nästa steg i din karriär och bli ansvarig. Du kommer att ha blandade arbetsuppgifter där du ansvarar för manuell delikatess, fisk, kött, salladsbar och produktion. Du är ansvarig för den dagliga driften, att dagliga rutiner sköts, fördelning av arbetsuppgifter, orderläggning, säljplanering och uppföljning. Du kommer även ha ett nära sammarbete med färskvaruchefen som stöttar dig i dina arbetsuppgifter.

Vi säljer manuella färskvaror över disk men har även ett stort sortiment av både egenproducerade och egenförpackade livsmedel som vi säljer utpackat i butiken.

Det är en spännande tjänst som det ställs höga krav på men det viktigaste är inte hur mycket du har gjort innan, utan du ska ha ett stort engagemang och en vilja att lära dig och vilja växa inom butik.

Kunskaper inom ICAs interna program som Min Butik, Aob, samt kundkaper inom HACCP och journalföring är meriterande.
