Vi söker en delprojektledare som kommer att spela en nyckelroll i utvecklingen av världsledande signalsystem. I denna roll kommer du att driva ett eller flera spännande projekt där vi tar fram produkter för användning i luft-, land- och sjödomäner. Du kommer att ingå i ett roligt och dynamiskt team med en informell och öppen kultur, där vi tillämpar en öppen dörr-policy som uppmuntrar kommunikation och samarbete.

Vi söker dig är intresserade av att jobba med:

• Planering och strukturering av mindre projekt

• Definiera projektomfattning, riskidentifiering, projektmetodik, resursallokering, facilitering

• Samarbete med andra delprojektledare och olika team för att på ett smidigt sätt nå uppsatta mål

• Att på övergripande nivå kunna förstå komplexa system och vad som krävs för att kvalificera dessa

• Eventuellt budgetansvar

Inom Sektionen Systems Lead, som du blir en del av, kommer du bli en del av ett team med duktiga ledare som jobbar i olika projekt i vår verksamhet och tillsammans brinner vi för ledarskap. Till vår hjälp har vi ett ledarskaps-forum och jobbar för att standardisera arbetsmoment inom vårt ansvarsområde.

Det finns möjlighet att arbeta hemifrån när verksamheten tillåter, men vi ser gärna att du trivs med att arbeta på plats för att vara fullt engagerad i projektet.

Din profil

Utbildningsmässigt söker vi dig som har en ingenjörsexamen, oavsett om det är som gymnasieingenjör, högskoleingenjör eller civilingenjör.

Vi ser gärna att du har minst fem års arbetslivserfarenhet, varav minst tre års erfarenhet av ledarskap.

Du är en person med ett brett perspektiv och förmåga att hantera projektens parallella krav. Du är strukturerad och resultatorienterad. Du kan agera snabbt när det behövs och tycker om att ta dig an utmaningar. Du har utmärkt samarbets- och kommunikationsförmåga och söker aktivt information för att hålla dig uppdaterad. Du har ett analytiskt och uppmärksamt tänk, kombinerat med självkännedom och ett genuint intresse för personlig utveckling. Dessutom är du angelägen om att utveckla både din tekniska expertis och ledarskapsförmåga, vilket kommer att förstärkas av en gedigen förståelse för Saabs produktportfölj inom elektronisk krigföring

För att lyckas och trivas i rollen som delprojektledare hos oss är det bra om du:

• Är strukturerad och noggrann

• Är social och kan hantera olika typer av människor

• Är öppensinnad och nyfiken

• Talar och skriver flytande svenska och engelska

Heltid på plats i kundens lokaler. Urval av kandidater sker löpande. Mycket goda möjligheter till förlängning.

Befattningen kräver att du genomgår och godkänns enligt vid var tid gällande bestämmelser för säkerhetsskydd. För befattningar med krav på säkerhetsklassinplacering kan, i förekommande fall, medföra krav på visst medborgarskap.
