Vi söker nu en erfaren och serviceinriktad IT Supporttekniker för ett deltidsuppdrag på 50-70% där du blir en viktig del av ett etablerat IT-team. Uppdraget passar dig som trivs i en användarnära roll med fokus på daglig IT-drift och support, samtidigt som du vill bidra till utveckling av nya tekniker och arbetssätt i en modern IT-miljö. Arbetsuppgifter I rollen ansvarar du bland annat för:

1st och 2nd line support, både på plats och på distans

Incident-, request- och ärendehantering enligt SLA i ärendehanteringssystem

Installation, felsökning och support av hårdvara och mjukvara

Hantering av användarkonton, behörigheter och åtkomsträttigheter

Support och administration av Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive)

Administration och support av mobila enheter

Klienthantering

Dokumentation av IT-miljö, rutiner och användarguider

Inköp av hård- och mjukvara samt tillgångshantering (asset management)

Onboarding av nya medarbetare

Skallkrav Något års erfarenhet inom IT Support eller Servicedesk

Mycket goda kunskaper i Windows-klientmiljöer (Windows 11)

Stark erfarenhet av Microsoft 365 och dess administration

Erfarenhet av installation och support av datorer, skrivare och kringutrustning

Erfarenhet av MDM-lösningar, exempelvis Microsoft Intune

God förståelse för nätverk, säkerhet, infrastruktur och molntjänster

Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga i svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt

Relevant IT-utbildning eller certifieringar, exempelvis ITIL Foundation

Du tar ansvar, är lösningsorienterad och känner dig trygg i dialogen med användare på alla nivåer i organisationen. Samtidigt är du proaktiv och har en god förmåga att identifiera och driva förbättringar i såväl system som arbetssätt.
