Till Doktor.Se Alnö Vårdcentral söker vi nu en engagerad diabetessköterska som vill bli en del av ett härligt team och vill vara delaktig i att utveckla framtidens primärvård tillsammans med oss. Om rollen Som diabetessköterska på Doktor.Se Alnö Vårdcentral arbetar du patientbaserat och evidensbaserat samt är professionell i ditt bemötande och värnar om att sätta patienten först. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

Sedvanligt mottagningsarbete

Rådgivning i telefon och i chatt

Triagering och akuta patientflöden

Ge utbildning, stöd och rådgivning till patienter med diabetes

Bidra till utveckling av vår diabetesvård och förbättringsarbete

Vara delaktig i att utveckla primärvården genom att vara med på resan att implementera digifysiska processer

Legitimerad distriktssköterska eller sjuksköterska

Specialistkompetens eller erfarenhet inom diabetesvård

Har goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift

Kunskap i journalsystemet Cosmic
