Vill du utvecklas vidare inom service och städning och ta ett större ansvar i vardagen? Då kan rollen som serviceteamare hos Hemfrid vara nästa steg för dig. Vi söker nu en engagerad serviceteamare till vårt team i Örgryte med omnejd. I rollen kombinerar du praktiskt städarbete med kvalitetssäkring och stöd till kollegor. Du får en varierad arbetsdag och möjlighet att utvecklas vidare inom service och städning. Vad erbjuder vi? En tjänst på 75 %

Om rollen Som serviceteamare är du en viktig del av vårt kvalitetsteam. Du arbetar nära Area Manager och Field Lead och bidrar till att våra kunder får en jämn och hög servicenivå. Arbetet är varierat och kan bland annat innebära:

EXPERIENCED IN HOME CLEANING? TAKE THE NEXT STEP AS A SERVICE TEAM MEMBER IN ÖRGRYTE Do you have experience in home cleaning and enjoy taking responsibility for delivering high-quality work? Would you like to develop further within service and cleaning and take on greater responsibility in your daily work? Then a Service Team Member role at Hemfrid could be the next step for you. We are now looking for an engaged Service Team Member to join our team in Örgryte and the surrounding areas. In this role, you will combine hands-on cleaning with quality assurance and support for your colleagues. You will have a varied working day and the opportunity to develop further within service and cleaning. What do we offer? A 75% position

About the role As a Service Team Member, you will be an important part of our quality team. You will work closely with the Area Manager and Field Lead and help ensure that our customers receive a consistently high level of service. The role is varied and may include:

Initial cleanings

Deep cleanings

Window cleaning

Covering shifts when needed

Quality inspections

Introducing new employees when needed

Key handling when required

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with experience in home cleaning who wants to take greater responsibility for quality and service. You are confident in your work and able to adapt to different customers and situations. We believe you are:

Self-driven and solution-oriented

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Motivated to learn and develop
