Arbetsuppgifter Som sjuksköterska/distriktssköterska hos oss kommer du bland annat att arbeta med:

Distriktssköterskemottagning och telefonrådgivning

Egna mottagningar utifrån kompetens och erfarenhet

Bedömning, rådgivning och omvårdnad av patienter

Samverkan med läkare och övriga yrkesprofessioner

Att bidra till kontinuitet och god vård för våra patienter

Vi söker dig som Är legitimerad sjuksköterska, gärna med specialistutbildning till distriktssköterska. Du har erfarenhet av arbete inom primärvård och känner dig trygg i din yrkesroll. Som person är du ansvarstagande, flexibel och trygg. Du har ett professionellt och empatiskt bemötande och tycker om att skapa goda relationer med både patienter och kollegor. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet och ser gärna att du är en person som vill bidra med både kompetens, engagemang och positiv energi till vår arbetsgrupp. Vi erbjuder Hos oss får du:
