Vi har nyligen påbörjat vår digitaliseringsresa, vilket vi upplever gynnar både patienter och medarbetare. Det innebär bland annat att vi kombinerar fysiska besök med chatt- och videomöten för att skapa en mer flexibel och tillgänglig vård. Vårdcentralen är centralt belägen i Hagsätra centrum med närhet till tunnelbana och andra kommunikationer. Din roll Arbete på mottagningen innefattar sedvanliga uppgifter med egen mottagning med både planerade och oplanerade besök, triagering och rådgivning via TeleQ och chatt. Du kommer även att ansvara för och vidareutveckla vårdcentralens diabetesmottagning, med fokus på att stärka och utveckla verksamheten över tid. Dokumentation sker i journalsystemet TakeCare. För att underlätta det administrativa arbetet och ge mer tid för patientkontakt använder vi Tandem, en inlyssningsfunktion som effektiviserar journalföringen. Kvalifikationer Du som söker är vidareutbildad distriktssköterska och har ett patientfokuserat arbetssätt. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av arbete på vårdcentral sedan tidigare. Vi erbjuder
