Om oss – Välkommen till en engagerad arbetsplats inom sjuksköterskeyrket Capio Norrlandskliniken driver hälsocentral, specialistklinik, företagshälsovård och röntgenverksamhet under samma tak i Umeå. Hälsocentralen Norrlandskliniken har 11 900 listade patienter och är sedan starten 2010 en väletablerad vårdgivare i regionen. Capio Norrlandskliniken har 60 medarbetare. Vår utgångspunkt är att alltid sätta patientens behov i första rummet och erbjuda trygg vård. Hos oss arbetar ett team av legitimerade sjuksköterskor, undersköterskor, läkare och andra kompetenta yrkespersoner tätt tillsammans med mål att erbjuda omtänksam, kvalitativ och evidensbaserad vård. Din roll som sjuksköterska – Fokus på kvalitet och tillgänglighet Som sjuksköterska hos oss arbetar du utifrån patientens behov på mottagning. Du hanterar självständigt medicinska bedömningar, rådgivning, läkemedelshantering, uppföljning och samarbetar nära kollegor i teamet. Arbetet erbjuder variation, självständighet och förutsättningar att utvecklas inom sjuksköterskeyrket. Ansvarsområden för dig som sjuksköterska Självständigt utföra omvårdnadsuppgifter och medicinska bedömningar

Planera och samordna vårdinsatser utifrån patientens behov

Samarbeta med teamet för att säkerställa en helhetsorienterad vård

Journalföra och följa rutiner enligt gällande riktlinjer

Delta i förbättringsarbete och fortbildning

Kvalifikationer – Vad vi söker hos dig Distriktsköterska eller legitimerad sjuksköterska

Erfarenhet av arbete inom primärvård är meriterande

God samarbetsförmåga, initiativkraft och flexibilitet

Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och fatta beslut

Goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift
