Om jobbet Nu söker vi dokumentsamordnare för spännande uppdrag hos våra kunder i Stockholmsområdet. Du blir anställd av Dokumentera och givetvis har vi kollektivavtal och en vanlig fast lön, oavsett om du är i uppdrag eller inte. Som konsulter är våra kunders dokumentation och information vår kärnverksamhet. Teknisk förståelse och erfarenhet är viktigt likaväl som lyhördhet, social kompetens, en inre drivkraft, nyfikenhet samt ett intresse för kundens behov.

Dokumentera har kunder i många olika branscher och i denna roll söker vi dig som har erfarenhet av att arbeta med anläggningsdokumentation/register, t ex inom elkraft, energi eller processindustrin. Erfarenhet av att jobba med stora dokumentationsflöden krävs, då det är en central del av rollen. Du har erfarenhet av projektarbete och tycker om att driva, samordna och koordinera uppgifter och frågor med många intressenter. Vi söker dig som vill utvecklas som konsult och vara en del av Dokumenteras fortsatta framgång och utveckling.

Som dokumentsamordnare är dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifterna inom teknisk dokumentation där du ansvarar för att dokumentationen levereras, är korrekt och i enlighet med kundens regler och riktlinjer. Arbetet sker i huvudsak i projektform med kundens medarbetare. Du bidrar även aktivt i utvecklingen och implementeringen av nya system och arbetssätt.

Vidare ansvarar du för att: Klargöra, skriva och följa upp dokumentationsplan och checklistor. Upprätta instruktioner för teknisk dokumentation i projektet samt tidsplanera dokumentationsleveranser i samråd med huvud- och delprojektledare Stödja tekniska delprojektledare i projektet avseende dokumentation. Granska leverans av slutdokumentation I vissa fall även ta fram budget och tids- och resursplan för projektets dokumentationsleveranser.

Vi söker dig som: Har erfarenhet av att jobba med anläggningsdokumentation och/eller stora dokumentationsflöden Har erfarenhet av att ha arbetat i ett eller flera dokumenthanteringssystem Har erfarenhet av projektarbete, samordning och granskning Är strukturerad, noggrann och drivande Har en teknisk utbildning Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift Är duktig på att samarbeta och har en god kommunikation. Rollen innebär många kontaktytor, både med kunder och andra intressenter Är ödmjuk, prestigelös och lösningsorienterad Vill jobba som konsult, i ett bolag med en sund värdegrund, positiv anda och stor gemenskap.

Meriterande är: Erfarenhet av större industriprojekt med många intressenter Erfarenhet av att leda och driva projekt, exempelvis inom energi eller VA (Vatten och Avfall) Branscherfarenhet från olika tekniska miljöer, anläggningsprojekt eller från processindustrin Teknisk högskoleexamen Erfarenhet som konsult
