Vi söker en Drift- och bemanningskoordinator för ett vikariat mellan den 10 augusti och den 15 december. Du får en nyckelroll i vår restaurangverksamhet och ansvarar för den dagliga bemanningsplaneringen för en av våra kunders större restauranger, så att verksamheten alltid har rätt förutsättningar att leverera en förstklassig gästupplevelse. I rollen arbetar du nära restaurangchefer och medarbetare för att säkerställa en effektiv drift, hög service och en kostnadseffektiv bemanning. Ingen dag är den andra lik, och du trivs med att fatta snabba beslut när förutsättningarna förändras. Dina arbetsuppgifter Planera och koordinera den dagliga bemanningen för våra tre restauranger.

Säkerställa rätt bemanning utifrån bokningsläge, gästflöden och verksamhetens behov.

Hantera schemaändringar, sjukfrånvaro och andra förändringar i den dagliga driften.

Koordinera och fördela personal mellan restaurangerna vid behov.

Arbeta nära restaurangcheferna för att skapa en smidig och effektiv drift.

Följa upp bemanningskostnader och bidra till en hållbar personalplanering.

Vara ett operativt stöd i den dagliga verksamheten.

Vi söker dig som Har flera års erfarenhet från restaurang-, hotell- eller annan större serviceverksamhet.

Har erfarenhet av personalplanering, schemaläggning eller operativ drift.

Är van att koordinera personal och skapa struktur i en verksamhet med högt tempo.

Är lösningsorienterad, prestigelös och har ett naturligt driv.

Kommunicerar tydligt och bygger goda relationer med både chefer och medarbetare.

Har god administrativ förmåga och arbetar obehindrat i digitala planeringssystem.
