Då kan detta vara något för dig! Till vår kund söker vi nu en lättlärd och driven Sales Coordinator för ett föräldravikariat. Du blir en del av ett trevligt och engagerat team på en mycket attraktiv arbetsplats. I din roll kommer du att fungera som länken mellan säljare och kunder, vilket innebär att du är en fena på samarbete och koordination och gillar när det händer mycket. Du erbjuds en omväxlande och mångsidig roll där du har ett nära samarbete med andra avdelningar och blir en viktig kugge i hela försäljningsprocessen.

Dina arbetsuppgifter är bl.a. Kundsupport via telefon och e-mail Orderhantering i affärssystem Koordinering av leveranser Agera säljstöd och bl.a. hjälpa till att skapa offerter Fungera som administrativ support i olika ärenden Bidra till kundnöjdhet och ökad effektivitet i arbetsflöden och säljprocesser

Din profil: Vi söker dig som har minst gymnasieutbildning inom administration, ekonomi, kundservice eller försäljning. Eftergymnasial utbildning och erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter är meriterande. Du har goda kunskaper i Officepaketet och är van vid att arbeta i olika affärssystem, vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av Microsoft BC. Du uttrycker dig väl på svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift. Som person är du självgående, har lätt för att lära dig nya saker och samarbetar väl med andra. Du är noggrann, flexibel och duktig på att koordinera och hantera flera olika arbetsuppgifter i ett stundtals högt tempo.
