Dynamics 365 Lead Vill du ta en central roll i utvecklingen av Dynamics 365 och vara med och forma hur system och verksamhet arbetar tillsammans? Vi söker nu en erfaren och drivande Dynamics 365 Lead till ett internationellt bolag med stark förankring i Sverige. I rollen får du ett stort ansvar för att utveckla, förbättra och driva arbetet med Dynamics 365 framåt, i nära samarbete med både verksamhet, IT och externa partners. Det här är en roll för dig som trivs med att kombinera teknik, verksamhetsförståelse och utveckling – och som tycker om att se idéer gå från behov till fungerande lösning. Om rollen Som Dynamics 365 Lead blir du en viktig person i organisationens fortsatta utveckling av Dynamics 365. Du kommer att arbeta både strategiskt och operativt och fungera som en länk mellan verksamhetens behov och de tekniska lösningarna. Du kommer bland annat att: Ansvara för och driva den fortsatta utvecklingen av Dynamics 365 Identifiera förbättrings- och utvecklingsområden tillsammans med verksamheten Översätta verksamhetens behov till effektiva systemlösningar Leda och koordinera projekt, förändringar och utvecklingsinitiativ inom Dynamics 365 Samordna interna resurser och externa partners Säkerställa att integrationer och lösningar fungerar tillsammans med övriga system Vara ett stöd för verksamheten i frågor kopplade till Dynamics 365 Bidra till struktur, prioritering och långsiktig utveckling av plattformen Följa utvecklingen inom Dynamics 365 och identifiera möjligheter att använda nya funktioner och arbetssätt

Du kommer att ha många kontaktytor i organisationen och samarbeta med exempelvis IT, försäljning, ekonomi, supply chain och andra verksamhetsfunktioner. Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som har gedigen erfarenhet av Microsoft Dynamics 365 och som känner dig trygg i att ta ansvar för både utveckling och förvaltning. Vi tror att du har: Flera års erfarenhet av arbete med Microsoft Dynamics 365 Erfarenhet av att driva system- eller utvecklingsprojekt God förståelse för affärsprocesser och hur IT kan stödja verksamhetens mål Erfarenhet av att arbeta med integrationer och systemlösningar Förmåga att kommunicera med både tekniska och icke-tekniska personer Erfarenhet av att arbeta med externa leverantörer eller partners God analytisk och problemlösande förmåga Mycket god svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av en eller flera Dynamics 365-moduler, exempelvis Finance, Supply Chain Management, Sales eller Customer Service. Som person För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du är självgående, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad. Du behöver kunna ta initiativ och driva saker framåt, men samtidigt vara lyhörd för verksamhetens behov. Du är kommunikativ och har lätt för att skapa förtroende hos olika typer av människor. Du behöver inte vara den som kan allt – men du är van vid att ta ansvar, ställa rätt frågor och hitta vägen framåt. Framför allt söker vi dig som vill vara med och utveckla något långsiktigt.
