E-commerce & Marketing Assistant till Thernlunds Thernlunds söker dig som vill vara med och utveckla vår e-handel och marknadsföring. Du är van att arbeta i Shopify och med CRM, gillar kundkontakt och trivs i en roll där service, försäljning och kommunikation möts. Om rollen Du blir en viktig del av arbetet med att skapa en inspirerande och personlig upplevelse för våra kunder – både digitalt och i mötet med oss. Rollen passar dig som är strukturerad, initiativrik och tycker om att ha många kontaktytor. Tjänsten utgår från vårt huvudkontor i Nacka. Dina arbetsuppgifter Arbeta löpande med Shopify och CRM. Bemanna vår chatt, guida kunder till rätt produkter och bidra aktivt till försäljningen. Hjälpa kunder via vår kundtjänst och ge snabb, personlig service. Planera och skicka veckobrev. Samordna och kommunicera kring våra clinics. Bidra till intern och extern kommunikation. Hålla koll på bokningar och tider för Personal Shopping. Planera och samordna event för företag och föreningar. Hjälpa till med löpande uppgifter inom e-handel och marknadsföring.

Verktyg och plattformar I rollen arbetar du bland annat med Shopify, CleverApps, Canva, Excel, Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo, Launchpad, Planday, PostNord Business Portal, Imbox och Faves. Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet av Shopify och CRM. Är van vid digitala verktyg och har lätt för att lära dig nya system. Är serviceinriktad och tycker om att hjälpa kunder hitta rätt. Har känsla för försäljning och kan uttrycka dig väl i skrift. Är strukturerad, noggrann och bra på att hålla ihop flera uppgifter samtidigt. Är initiativrik, flexibel och trivs med att samarbeta. Har ett intresse och stor kunskap för mode, handel och digital kundkommunikation.
