Vill du driva projekt och skapa möten som utvecklar svensk matproduktion och hållbara måltider? Ekomatcentrum söker en projektledare och eventkoordinator som kombinerar struktur och initiativförmåga med ett intresse för mat och hållbarhet. Hos oss arbetar du nära producenter, kockar, företag, offentliga måltidsverksamheter och internationella projektpartners. Du kommer att arbeta med internationella och nationella projekt samt kocktävlingarna Årets Ekokock och Årets Offentliga Ekokock. Rollen omfattar projektledning, samordning, kommunikation och praktiskt genomförande.

Ditt uppdrag Du håller ihop tilldelade projekt och aktiviteter från planering till genomförande och uppföljning. Det innebär att: Planera och driva projektaktiviteter, samordna medverkande och följa upp mål, budget och tidsplaner. Planera och genomföra workshops, seminarier och event – med ansvar för kontakter, deltagarinformation, körscheman och praktiska förberedelser. Ta fram presentationer och informationsmaterial samt bidra till webb, nyhetsbrev och annan projektkommunikation. Dokumentera aktiviteter och resultat samt bidra till projektrapportering och budgetuppföljning. Rollen innebär resor med övernattning (ca 10-15 dagar/år) både i Sverige och Europa.

Vem är du? Vi söker dig med erfarenhet av projektledning, projektkoordinering eller liknande arbete, där du har ansvarat för planering, genomförande och uppföljning. Som person är du självgående, bra på att bygga relationer och van att prioritera när flera uppdrag pågår samtidigt. Du trivs med att växla mellan att leda projektmöten och lösa praktiska frågor inför ett event. Rollen kräver god förmåga att kommunicera på svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt, samt vana vid digitala verktyg för dokument, kalkylblad, presentationer och samarbete.

Bekväm med AI och nya arbetssätt Vi ser gärna att du förstår hur AI kan användas som stöd i exempelvis informationssökning, projektplanering, analys och kommunikation. Du granskar resultaten, använder verktygen med gott omdöme och hanterar känslig information varsamt. Teknisk specialistkompetens är inget krav. Erfarenhet av eventproduktion, EU-projekt, projektrapportering eller arbete inom livsmedel, lantbruk, offentliga måltider och upphandling är meriterande. Detsamma gäller WordPress, Canva och nyhetsbrevsverktyg. Relevant erfarenhet och genomförandeförmåga väger tyngre än en viss examen.
