Som ekonomi- och löneadministratör får du en bred och varierad roll där du arbetar med företagets löpande ekonomi- och personaladministration. Du blir en viktig del av den dagliga verksamheten och får möjlighet att ta ett stort eget ansvar i en roll med många kontaktytor.

I rollen ingår somsagt löne- och tidadministration med hantering av löneunderlag, tidrapportering samt rapportering kopplad till pensioner, försäkringar och kollektivavtal. Vidare ingår projekt- och arbetsplatsadministration, såsom arbetsordrar, ID06 samt löpande företags- och fordonsadministration.

Kort sammanfattat: Du blir spindeln i nätet och en nyckelspelare för ett bra arbetsflöde.

Det här är en roll för dig som uppskattar variation och trivs med att ha koll på både detaljer och helhet. Arbetstiden är förlagd till måndag–fredag, kl. 07.00–16.00.

Din bakgrund/Dina egenskaper

För att trivas i rollen ser vi att du har tidigare erfarenhet av ekonomi- och löneadministration och är trygg i att arbeta självständigt med återkommande uppgifter och deadlines. Du har god förståelse för löpande redovisning, reskontra och löneadministration samt god dator- och systemvana.

Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av någon eller några av följande system: Visma Lime Field DeDU Infobric Mowin

Erfarenhet från bygg-, installations- eller entreprenadbranschen är meriterande.

Som person är du noggrann, strukturerad och ansvarstagande. Du har lätt för att prioritera, tycker om ordning och reda och trivs med att hjälpa till där det behövs. Du är prestigelös och lösningsorienterad och känner dig lika bekväm med att arbeta självständigt som tillsammans med andra.

Du blir anställd av Wikan Personal och arbetar som konsult ute hos vår kund i Staffanstorpsområdet.
