Vi på Newr söker nu för kunds räkning en noggrann och strukturerad ekonomiadministratör för ett sex månader långt konsultuppdrag med start inom en månad. Det finns goda möjligheter till förlängning av uppdraget. Rollen passar dig som trivs i en administrativ miljö med många kontaktytor och som tycker om att arbeta med fakturering, kvalitetssäkring och löpande administration. Du blir en del av en verksamhet där struktur, samarbete och hög kvalitet är viktiga faktorer för att skapa effektiva administrativa processer. Tjänsten är placerad i Göteborg. Om rollen I rollen ansvarar du för kundfakturering och arbetar nära olika interna funktioner för att säkerställa att underlag är korrekta och kompletta. Faktureringen bygger på flera olika typer av underlag, vilket ställer krav på noggrannhet, struktur och ett starkt kvalitetsfokus. Rollen passar dig som tidigare arbetat i en verksamhet där faktureringen baseras på många informationskällor och där samordning mellan flera interna kontaktytor är en naturlig del av vardagen. Granskning och kvalitetssäkring av faktureringsunderlag

Sammanställning och uppföljning av underlag inför fakturering

Samordning och kommunikation med interna kontaktpersoner

Stöd till interna funktioner i frågor kopplade till fakturering och administration

Löpande ekonomiadministrativa arbetsuppgifter

Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet av fakturering, administration eller ekonomiadministrativt arbete

Har erfarenhet av kundfakturering i verksamheter med komplexa faktureringsflöden

Är van att arbeta med flera parallella ärenden och många interna kontaktytor

Har god systemvana och känner dig trygg i Excel

Är noggrann, strukturerad och självgående
