Vi söker en Ekonomiansvarig till våra företag Stig Nelson Byggnads AB är ett byggföretag som startades 1989 och drivs av Mats och Jan Nelson med hjälp av mycket kompetenta medarbetare, vi är totalt 9 anställda. Vi driver även ett företag som heter Nelson Julgranar där vi levererar stora och små julgranar till hundratals olika platser runt om i Stor-Stockholm och levererar partigranar över hela Sverige. Vi hanterar er ansökan löpande under anställningsprosessen. Om rollen: Vi söker en Ekonomiansvarig med minst 5 års erfarenhet, gärna senior. I denna roll kommer du att arbeta brett med ekonomi, redovisning samt övriga arbetsuppgifter som kan förekomma på ett mindre företag. Vi är idag certifierade via BKMA (byggföretagets ISO-certifiering) Dina huvudsakligt ansvarområden: Löpande bokföring, fakturering, avstämning m.m Månads och årsbokslut Lönehantering Moms och skattedeklarationer Ansvara för anst.avtal, medarbetarsamtal, bef.beskrivningar etc. Vid behov vara behjälplig med viss ISO-certifiering, kvalité och miljö Vid behov vara behjälplig med våra hemsidor Div. övriga förekommande arbetsuppgifter Befattningen omfattar flera bolag

Kvalifikationer Minst 5 års erfarenhet av bokföring och redovisning Relevant utbildning inom ekonomi / redovisning Kunskap i Officepaketet Goda kunskaper av ekonomisystem (vi använder Winbas, Medius Go, Crona lön) Självständig, strukturerad och noggrann Som person är du ansvarsfull, positiv, driven och gillar nya utmaningar. Gärna tidigare erfarenhet av mindre bolag.
