ARBETSUPPGIFTER Vi söker nu en affärsinriktad ekonomiansvarig som vill vara med och utveckla vår verksamhet och skapa långsiktiga relationer med kunder, samarbetspartners och besökare.

Hos oss blir du en viktig del av ett kulturhus med ett brett utbud av konferensverksamhet och kulturarrangemang. Rollen är varierad och kombinerar ekonomiskt ansvar, försäljning och utvecklingsarbete med fokus på kvalitet, service och hållbara processer. Du arbetar nära VD och är en del av ledningsgruppen.

I rollen ansvarar du för att:

  • Arbeta med ekonomi både operativt och strategiskt med budget, uppföljningar, fakturering, rapportering och utveckla processer och arbetssätt.
  • Driva och utveckla säljprocesser, främst mot vår konferensverksamhet.
  • Bygga, utveckla och vårda långsiktiga relationer med återkommande kunder, arrangörer och samarbetspartners.
  • Identifiera affärsmöjligheter och bidra till verksamhetens fortsatta utveckling.
  • Utveckla, effektivisera och kvalitetssäkra rutiner och processer kopplat till ekonomi och försäljning.

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som

  • Har högskoleutbildning inom ekonomi eller annat område som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdigt.
  • Har god förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska i både tal och skrift.

Som person ser vi att du är:

  • Självständig och du planerar och prioriterar ditt arbete.
  • Mål och resultatorienterad där du arbetar strukturerat och följer upp uppsatta mål
  • Förstår och tillämpar affärsmässiga principer och fokuserar på kostnader, intäkter och effektivitet.

Det är meriterande om du har:

  • Erfarenhet av ekonomisystemen Agresso och Caspeco.
  • Erfarenhet av arbete i liknande roller.
  • Erfarenhet av arbete i en politiskt styrd organisation eller kommunalt bolag.
  • Erfarenhet av arbete inom konferens-, kultur-, evenemangs- eller besöksnäring.
  • Erfarenhet av försäljning och kundansvar.
  • Förmåga att uttrycka dig på engelska i både tal och skrift.
