Vi på Knudsens Bygg & Plattsättning söker nu vår nästa stjärna till kontoret! Om oss Knudsens Bygg & Plattsättning AB är en etablerad byggfirma med bas i Ystads kommun. Vi utför allt från badrumsrenoveringar och plattsättning till totalentreprenader och nybyggnationer. Vi är ett engagerat team som är kända för vår höga kvalitet, trygga kundresor och smarta lösningar. Nu behöver vi förstärka vårt team med en strukturerad ekonomiassistent som kan hålla ordning på siffrorna och stötta vår dagliga administration. Om rollen Som ekonomiassistent hos oss får du en varierad och viktig roll. Du kommer att arbeta i nära samarbete med ledningen och ha ett övergripande ansvar för att vår ekonomiadministration löper på smidigt. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: Kund- och leverantörsreskontra: Hantera, kontera och registrera inkommande leverantörsfakturor samt skicka ut kundfakturor.

Löpande bokföring: Sköta den dagliga bokföringen och göra bankavstämningar.

Projektadministration: Stötta projektledarna med ekonomisk uppföljning och sammanställning av tidrapporter/underlag inför fakturering.

Kommunikation & Service: Ta emot samtal och mail från kunder och leverantörer gällande fakturafrågor.

Allmän kontorsadministration: Hantera post, inköp till kontoret och ge allmänt administrativt stöd.

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som är noggrann, strukturerad och som trivs med att ta stort eget ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter. Eftersom du kommer att ha många kontaktytor är du serviceinriktad och kommunikativ. Dina kvalifikationer: Utbildning inom ekonomi (gymnasialt eller eftergymnasialt) eller motsvarande erfarenhet som bedöms som likvärdig.

Tidigare erfarenhet av löpande bokföring samt reskontrahantering.

Goda datorkunskaper och erfarenhet av att arbeta i moderna ekonomi- eller affärssystem (erfarenhet av system anpassade för byggbranschen är ett plus).

Du uttrycker dig väl på svenska i både tal och skrift.

Erfarenhet av administration inom bygg- eller hantverksbranschen är starkt meriterande men inget krav.
