Ekonomiassistent till kund i Ystad Är du noggrann, strukturerad och trivs med administrativa arbetsuppgifter inom ekonomi? Vi söker nu en ekonomiassistent med erfarenhet av Monitor ERP för ett deltidsuppdrag hos vår kund i Ystad, med arbete cirka 1–2 dagar i veckan. Om tjänsten I rollen som ekonomiassistent kommer du att vara en del av vår kunds ekonomifunktion och stötta verksamheten i det dagliga ekonomiarbetet. Du får möjlighet att arbeta brett med ekonomiadministration och bidra till att den löpande hanteringen fungerar smidigt och korrekt. Arbetsuppgifterna kan bland annat innebära: Löpande ekonomiadministration Hantering av leverantörs- och kundreskontra Registrering och kontering av fakturor Avstämningar och enklare bokföringsuppgifter Administrativt stöd till ekonomifunktionen Övriga ekonomi- och kontorsrelaterade uppgifter

Tjänsten omfattar cirka 1–2 arbetsdagar per vecka, och arbetet utförs på plats hos vår kund i Ystad. Anställningen JKS ansvarar för din anställning och är din arbetsgivare under uppdraget, medan det dagliga arbetet utförs hos och i nära samarbete med vår kund. Detta är ett konsultuppdrag på deltid och passar därför bra för dig som exempelvis studerar eller har en annan huvudsaklig sysselsättning. Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som har ett intresse för ekonomi och som är noggrann i ditt arbete. Du arbetar strukturerat, tar ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter och har lätt för att sätta dig in i nya rutiner och system. Vi ser gärna att du har: Pågående eller avslutad utbildning inom ekonomi Tidigare erfarenhet av ekonomiadministration är meriterande God dator- och systemvana Goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och strukturerat Erfarenhet av systemet monitor ERP
