Om möjligheterna Vi söker löpande ekonomiassistenter och ekonomiadministratörer till kommande konsultuppdrag. Uppdragen kan vara både kortare förstärkningar och längre bemanningsbehov inom offentlig verksamhet, kommunala bolag och andra organisationer. Vi välkomnar både dig som är tidigt i karriären och dig som har flera års erfarenhet av ekonomiadministration. Rollen passar dig som gillar struktur, service, siffror och administrativa processer och som snabbt kan komma in i nya system och rutiner. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter Kund- och leverantörsreskontra Fakturahantering, kontering och registrering Betalningar, påminnelser och enklare avstämningar Ekonomiadministration och dokumenthantering Stöd till redovisningsekonomer, controllers och chefer Registervård och kvalitetssäkring av ekonomisk information Kontakt med interna verksamheter, leverantörer och kunder

Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet av ekonomi, administration eller motsvarande relevant utbildning Är noggrann, serviceinriktad och van vid att hålla ordning på många ärenden Har god datorvana och känner dig trygg i Excel och administrativa system Kommunicerar väl på svenska i tal och skrift Är öppen för konsultuppdrag med varierande längd och omfattning

Meriterande Eftergymnasial utbildning inom ekonomi eller administration Erfarenhet av kund- eller leverantörsreskontra Erfarenhet från kommun, region, myndighet eller kommunalt bolag Systemvana från större ekonomisystem Möjlighet att arbeta på plats i Gävleborg när behov finns

Arbetsplats och upplägg Arbetsplatsen varierar mellan uppdragen. Vissa uppdrag kräver full närvaro på kontor medan andra kan ha hybridupplägg.
