Åkes Äkta Hönökakor är ett fjärde generationens familjeägt bageri, etablerat i Västsverige 1934. Vi värnar om våra starka traditioner, kvalitet och hantverksglädje.

Nu söker de en ekonomiassistent med huvudsaklig inriktning mot administration till sitt team i Göteborg. Tjänsten är på 50 % och passar dig som trivs i en bred och varierad roll där du får kombinera administrativa uppgifter med enklare ekonomihantering. Hos Åkes är det viktigt att man hjälps åt, har nära till kollegorna och tar ansvar för att saker blir gjorda. Du kommer att ha många kontaktytor och en viktig roll i att få den dagliga administrationen att fungera smidigt.

ArbetsuppgifterOrderhantering, orderregistrering och uppföljning i våra system Administrera och hantera blanketter inför bakning och produktion Löpande kontorsadministration och administrativa rutiner Övriga administrativa uppgifter som hör till den dagliga verksamheten Hantering av in- och utbetalningar Enklare löpande ekonomiadministration Administrativt stöd i ekonomifunktionen Arbete i Excel med sammanställningar, uppföljningar och underlag

Vi söker dig som är noggrann, strukturerad och prestigelös och som tycker om att ha ordning och reda. Du behöver vara bekväm med att arbeta självständigt, men samtidigt trivas i en miljö där man samarbetar och hjälps åt. Eftersom rollen är bred är det viktigt att du är flexibel och lösningsorienterad och kan växla mellan olika typer av arbetsuppgifter under dagen. det viktigaste är att du har ett gott administrativt sinne och är trygg med att arbeta med siffror, system och Excel.

KvalifikationerErfarenhet av administrativt arbete, gärna i kombination med ekonomi Goda kunskaper i MS Excel Noggrann och strukturerad med gott ordningssinne Goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och ta ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter Erfarenhet av ekonomiadministration är meriterande Erfarenhet av affärssystemet Pyramid är meriterande, men inget krav
