Nu söker vi en noggrann och engagerad ekonomiassistent för ett långsiktigt deltidsuppdrag hos ett internationellt och välrenommerat företag i Karlskronaområdet. Om rollen Som ekonomiassistent kommer du att stötta ekonomiavdelningen med hantering, granskning och tolkning av leverantörsfakturor. Rollen passar dig som trivs med administrativa uppgifter, har ett öga för detaljer och vill utveckla dina kunskaper inom redovisning och ekonomiprocesser. Arbetet omfattar cirka 5-10 timmar per vecka och erbjuder stor flexibilitet med möjlighet att arbeta på distans. På sikt finns möjlighet att ta ett större ansvar och arbeta med fler ekonomirelaterade uppgifter inom Finance-funktionen. För rätt person finns även goda möjligheter att fortsätta som sommarvikarie kommande sommar. Vi söker dig som Studerar ekonomi på högskola eller universitet Är noggrann och strukturerad i ditt arbetssätt Har god analytisk förmåga och tycker om att lösa problem Är ansvarstagande och kvalitetsmedveten Har god kommunikationsförmåga Vågar ställa frågor när information saknas eller behöver förtydligas Är serviceinriktad och trivs med att samarbeta med andra Har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska Har god datorvana och känner dig bekväm med Office-paketet

Möjlighet att utvecklas inom ekonomi Under uppdragets gång kommer du att få möjlighet att utveckla praktiska kunskaper inom ekonomi och redovisning. På sikt kan arbetsuppgifterna bland annat innebära att: Tolka fakturor och föreslå korrekt kontering Identifiera och bedöma rätt momshantering Avgöra vilken person eller funktion som ska attestera fakturor Upptäcka avvikelser, felaktigheter eller saknad information Dokumentera och följa upp avvikelser i ekonomiprocessen
