Detta är en långsiktig möjlighet för dig som vill arbeta med ekonomi i en verksamhet där noggrannhet, service och ansvarstagande står i centrum. Tjänsten är initialt på 50 %, men planen är att rollen över tid ska utvecklas och utökas till en heltidstjänst i takt med att ansvarsområdet växer. För rätt person finns därför en unik möjlighet att komma in i verksamheten och successivt ta ett större ansvar, även inom löneadministration. Om tjänstenSom ekonomiassistent blir du en viktig del av pastoratets administrativa verksamhet och arbetar nära ekonomichefen. Rollen innehåller både operativa och administrativa arbetsuppgifter där struktur, noggrannhet och samarbetsförmåga är avgörande. Arbetsuppgifterna innefattar bland annat: Leverantörsfakturahantering och konteringsstöd till verksamheten Kundfakturering samt hantering av in- och utbetalningar Löpande bokföring och kontoavstämningar Administration av reseräkningar, utlägg och kortfakturor Stöd vid månads- och årsbokslut Hantering av ekonomirelaterade frågor från verksamheten Kollekthantering i samarbete med andra administrativa funktioner Utveckling och effektivisering av administrativa rutiner inom ekonomi

På sikt finns även möjlighet att arbeta mer inom löneadministration. Erfarenhet eller intresse av lönearbete är därför meriterande. Meriterande är: Erfarenhet av löneadministration Erfarenhet från offentlig verksamhet eller Svenska kyrkan Kunskap om kyrkans ekonomiska processer och konteringsstruktur Erfarenhet av Aveny, HRM Flex eller Hogia Lön
