Om tjänsten Pilgrimsskolan är en liten fristående F-3-skola i Aspudden med små klasser och hög personaltäthet. Det är en bifrostinspirerad skola med ett tematiskt arbetssätt där teori och praktik går hand i hand. Våra ledord är kunskap, trygghet och ansvar. Vi söker någon som kan arbeta som elevassistent under skoltid och på fritids under eftermiddagarna. I arbetet som elevassistent kommer du att arbeta med en elev under hela skoldagen. Tillsammans med klassläraren och övriga kollegor i arbetslaget bidrar du till att en positiv, meningsfull och utvecklande miljö skapas för eleven. Under eftermiddagstid är du delaktig i och ansvarar för fritidsaktiviteter för alla elever på skolan. För att lyckas med arbetet som elevassistent är det viktigt att du har en god förmåga att skapa relationer med elever, vårdnadshavare och kollegor. Vidare är du stabil, tålmodig och kontrollerad i utmanande situationer, vilket bidrar till trygghet för både elever och kollegor. Det kan finnas tillfällen där elever uttrycker oro, stress eller frustration genom utagerande beteende. Du behåller då lugn och struktur, arbetar lågaffektivt och hjälper eleven att återfå trygghet och kontroll. Du har engagemang, god relationsskapande förmåga och ett genuint intresse för elevers utveckling. För denna tjänst krävs att du har: - flerårig erfarenhet av arbete som elevassistent eller motsvarande - dokumenterad erfarenhet av att arbeta med utåtagerande elever med framgångsrikt resultat - dokumenterad erfarenhet av och/eller utbildning inom NPF (specifikt ADHD) - god förmåga att uttrycka dig väl på svenska, i tal och skrift. Det är meriterande om du har: - elevassistentutbildning - erfarenhet av arbete i fritidshem - kunskap om och erfarenhet av lågaffektivt förhållningssätt och tydliggörande pedagogik Arbetsuppgifter: - Du hjälper eleven att finna ro i sina studier och är behjälplig med att hitta individuella lösningar för att eleven ska kunna ta till sig undervisning - Du stödjer eleven i sociala situationer, under skoltid och ibland även under fritidstid - Du stödjer eleven i olika aktiviteter så som på raster, vid måltider, på utflykter och friluftsdagar med mera - Du har ett nära samarbete med undervisande lärare kring planering, genomförande och uppföljning - I din roll ingår även att ha tät kontakt och nära samarbete med övrig personal på skolan och vårdnadshavare - Du följer skolans rutiner och arbetar tillsammans med kollegor för att skapa hållbara lösningar runt eleven. Tjänsten är på 75% november-januari med eventuell möjlighet till förlängning.
