The posting

Verksamheten Elisabethgården ligger fint beläget med stora grönytor och en vacker uppväxt trädgård cirka 5 km söder om Vimmerby. På Elisabethgården gör vi på uppdrag av socialtjänsten utredningar gällande barns behov och föräldrars förmåga att tillgodose barnens behov. Vår målgrupp är barn i åldern 0-16 år tillsammans med föräldrar. Utredningarna följer BBICs utredningsstruktur med inslag av Signs of Safety och grundar sig på samspelsobservationer mellan föräldrar och barn. Vi utgår från ICDP och TMO i vårt förhållningssätt. Idag har Elisabethgården ramavtal med drygt 190 kommuner i Sverige. Under en utredningsplacering är familjen vanligen placerad mellan 12-14 veckor. Ett team som består av en utredare och två kvalificerade kontaktpersoner utses och dessa ansvarar för och planerar aktiviteterna för och i familjen under tiden de är på Elisabethgården. Kvalificerad kontaktperson Vi är nu i behov av vikarier och söker dig som är nyfiken, driven, har lätt för att samarbeta med hög förmåga till att ta ansvar. Som vikarierande kontaktperson arbetar du nära familjerna i deras vardag. Dagliga samspelsobservationer vilka både är planerade och oplanerade och som sedan dokumenteras, är grunden i arbetet. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår även samtal med barn och föräldrar samt diverse praktiska sysslor såsom körningar, myndighetskontakter, umgängen m.m. Din profil Vi söker dig som är driftig, positiv, engagerad och har lätt för att samarbeta. Du är strukturerad och har god förmåga att ta ansvar. Du har eller har påbörjat en två-årig eftergymnasial utbildning som är adekvat för arbetet såsom socialpedagog, behandlingspedagog eller motsvarande enligt arbetsgivarens bedömning. Du är en person som trivs att arbeta med människor och främst barn då Elisabethgården lägger stort fokus på barnen utifrån Barnkonventionen och barns rättigheter. Stor vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet. Du ska behärska svenska i både tal och skrift samt ha god datorvana. Inför anställning kommer vi att be om utdrag ur polisens misstanke- och belastningsregister. Körkort för manuell växellåda är ett krav.
