Har du en bakgrund inom el och gillar att felsöka, förstå hur tekniska system fungerar och hjälpa andra att hitta rätt lösning? Vi söker nu en eltekniskt kunnig person till en supportroll hos ett etablerat industriföretag i Kristianstadstrakten. Om företaget Mero rekryterar till Värmebaronen som utvecklar och tillverkar värme- och energilösningar vid sin anläggning i Österslöv utanför Kristianstad. Här finns utveckling, konstruktion och produktion samlat under samma tak, vilket skapar korta beslutsvägar och ett nära samarbete mellan olika delar av verksamheten. Som en del av den tekniska organisationen får du arbeta nära både produkterna och de personer som använder dem ute på fältet, samtidigt som du bygger upp en bred kunskap om Värmebaronens produkter och system. Mero hjälper till i rekryteringsprocessen, men anställning sker direkt hos Värmebaronen. Om rollen I rollen som Elteknisk support hjälper du installatörer, återförsäljare och andra tekniskt kunniga kunder med felsökning och frågor kring företagets produkter och installationer. Du arbetar på distans via telefon och digitala kanaler och guidar kunden fram till rätt lösning. Du arbetar bland annat med att:

Felsöka produkter och installationer

Ge teknisk rådgivning till installatörer och återförsäljare

Läsa och tolka elscheman och teknisk dokumentation

Besvara frågor kring el, styrning och olika komponenter

Samarbeta med utveckling och produktion

Med tiden bygger du upp en djup produktkunskap och blir en viktig teknisk resurs både för kunder och internt. Om dig Vi söker dig som har en bakgrund inom el och gillar att felsöka och lösa tekniska problem. Du kan exempelvis arbeta som elektriker, industrielektriker, elmontör eller servicetekniker. Tidigare erfarenhet av teknisk support är meriterande, men inget krav. Vi tror att du har:

God elteknisk förståelse

Förmåga att läsa och tolka elscheman

Erfarenhet av felsökning

Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska

Erfarenhet av styr- och reglerteknik är meriterande.
