Senior Linux Team LeadOm uppdraget Teledyne FLIR söker en erfaren Senior Linux Team Lead till sitt Embedded Systems-team. Avdelningen består av cirka 17 ingenjörer inom bland annat OS-utveckling, mjukvarutest och DevOps. Linux-plattformsteamet ansvarar för mjukvaruplattformar och central OS-funktionalitet som används i flera produkter och utvecklingsprojekt. Rollen kombinerar tekniskt ledarskap, teamkoordinering och hands-on mjukvaruutveckling. Du leder ett team som arbetar med både nya produktutvecklingsprojekt och vidareutveckling, underhåll och support av befintliga produkter. Ansvarsområden Leda och koordinera Linux-utvecklingsteamet.

Planera, driva och följa upp tekniska aktiviteter och mjukvaruleveranser.

Ansvara för backlog refinement och sprintplanering.

Följa upp framdrift, identifiera risker och kommunicera status till stakeholders.

Arbeta nära Program Management.

Koordinera arbetet med andra discipliner, exempelvis Middleware Software, User Interface Software, Electronics samt Verification & Validation.

Bidra hands-on som senior mjukvaruutvecklare parallellt med teamledarrollen.

Kvalifikationer Minst 10 års erfarenhet av Embedded Linux-utveckling.

Mycket goda kunskaper i C-programmering.

Erfarenhet av Linux kernel-utveckling.

Erfarenhet av device driver-/drivrutinsutveckling.

Djup förståelse för Linux-baserade embedded systems.

Erfarenhet av Git-baserade utvecklingsflöden.

Erfarenhet av Yocto-baserade byggmiljöer.

Erfarenhet av Jenkins och CI/CD-pipelines.

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att leda tekniska team och koordinera komplexa mjukvaruleveranser.

Stark kommunikationsförmåga och erfarenhet av stakeholder management.

Erfarenhet av att använda AI-assisterade mjukvaruutvecklingsverktyg i det dagliga ingenjörsarbetet.

Meriterande kompetenser Erfarenhet av ARM-baserade embedded-plattformar.

Erfarenhet av BSP-utveckling (Board Support Package).

Erfarenhet från kamera, sensorer och imaging/bildbehandling.

Erfarenhet av GitHub Copilot, AI-assisterad kodgenerering, automatiserade tester eller agentbaserade utvecklingsflöden.

Erfarenhet av Zephyr RTOS.
