HEMSTÄDNING I VÄRLDSKLASS Att jobba med oss på hemfrid innebär att du får ett roligt, varierande jobb inom hemstädning. Som serviceteamare blir du en del av ett sammansvetsat team där du tillsammans med dina kollegor arbetar för att göra våra kunders vardag enklare. Du kommer att arbeta med ett härligt gäng från olika delar av världen, där vi stöttar och hjälper varandra för att skapa bästa möjliga service. Om rollen: Som serviceteamare är du en del av vårt kvalitetsteam och arbetar nära Area Manager och Field Lead för att säkerställa hög kvalitet i vår leverans. Rollen innebär att du stöttar nya kollegor på fältet, samtidigt som du själv utför start- och storstädningar, fönsterputs och vikariepass. Du kommer även vid behov att genomföra kvalitetskontroller, följa nya medarbetare i deras introduktion samt avlasta med nyckelhantering. Du är en viktig del i att skapa nöjda kunder, bidra till teamets utveckling och säkerställa att våra arbetssätt håller hög kvalitet. Rollen innebär också löpande dialog och återkoppling till chef samt deltagande i kvalitetsteamsmöten varje månad. Vi letar efter dig som:

Ha tidigare erfarenhet inom städning

Är engagerad och vill utvecklas inom städning

Pratar svenska eller engelska

Kan arbeta flexibla timmar, där arbetstiderna är kl. 8-17

As a service team member at Hemfrid, you will be part of a close-knit team, working alongside your colleagues to make our customers' everyday lives easier. About the role: As a Serviceteamer, you will be part of our quality team, working closely with the Area Manager and Field Lead to ensure high-quality service delivery. In this role, you will support new colleagues in the field while also performing start and deep cleanings, window cleaning, and substitute shifts. When needed, you will carry out quality checks, accompany new employees during their onboarding, and assist with light administrative tasks. You play an important role in ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting team development, and maintaining high standards in our workflows. The role also includes continuous communication and feedback to your manager, as well as participation in monthly quality team meetings. We are looking for someone who:

Enjoy working in a team with other colleagues.

Have previous experience from a cleaning profession.

Is committed and wants to develop within cleaning

Speaks Swedish or English

Can work flexible hours, 8am-5pm

Are flexibel to work without fixed customers

Have a valid driving license (B)
