Om oss Mervida AB är ett omsorgsbolag som är mitt uppe i en spännande tillväxtresa med verksamhet inom boendestöd, hemtjänst och ledsagning. Idag har vi ca 400 medarbetare fördelat på 11 olika enheter i Stockholm och i Norrköping. Vår ambition är att utveckla ett modernt och kvalitetsdrivet omsorgsbolag med fokus på hållbarhet, professionalism och gott bemötande. Vi söker nu en erfaren enhetschef till våra två hemtjänstverksamheter i Västerort som vill vara med och bidra till vår fortsatta utveckling. Om uppdraget Uppdraget innebär att leda, utveckla och ansvara för den dagliga driften av verksamheter. Du har ansvar för att verksamheterna håller hög kvalitet i enlighet med avtal, budget, policys och lagkrav. Uppdraget innebär ett nära och tillitsbaserat ledarskap där du skapar förutsättningar för en hållbar arbetsmiljö och engagerade medarbetare. Du arbetar aktivt med att utveckla både verksamhet och personal i linje med företagets värdegrund och strategiska inriktning. Rollen innefattar även ett tydligt ekonomiskt ansvar där du planerar, följer upp och styr verksamheten mot uppsatta budget- och resultatmål. Vidare förväntas du vara en god förebild för organisationens värderingar och bidra till organisationens utveckling. Du rapporterar till bolagets Verkställande direktör och arbetar i en arbetsgrupp tillsammans med andra enhetschefer i Stockholmsområdet. Din kompetens och erfarenhet Vi söker dig som har en dokumenterad högskoleutbildning inom vård och omsorg eller motsvarande. Du har tidigare erfarenhet av ledarskap, är prestigelös och en självklar lagspelare. Du är van vid att styra och leda utifrån ekonomiska mål och har haft personalansvar tidigare. Kvalifikationer

Minst två års erfarenhet av chefs- och ledarskap

Erfarenhet av personalansvar och verksamhetsledning

God förmåga att arbeta målstyrt med ekonomi och uppföljning

Kunskap inom socialrätt

Kunskap inom arbetsrätt

Goda kunskaper i svenska både i tal och skrift

Goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office

God vana av digitala system för verksamhetsstyrning och kvalitetsarbete

B-körkort

Personliga egenskaper För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du är en trygg och tydlig ledare. Du behöver vara lösningsorienterad, kommunikativ och relationsskapande med stark förmåga att motivera och engagera medarbetare. Du behöver vara flexibel och kunna prioritera och fatta välgrundade beslut i en föränderlig och dynamisk miljö. Om tjänsten Placering: Stockholm, Västerort Lön: Fast månadslön enlig överenskommelse.
