Ruths hemtjänst är ett familjeägt företag som är verksamt i Alingsås och Lerums kommun. Nu söker vi en positiv, flexibel enhetschef med erfarenhet som är trygg i sin yrkesroll. Om tjänsten Som enhetschef ansvarar du för den dagliga driften i Alingsås och Lerum. I uppdraget ingår ett tydligt helhetsansvar där du leder enheten mot uppsatta mål och driver det systematiska kvalitetsarbetet framåt. Vi månar om ett nära och tydligt ledarskap och i din roll är du en samlande kraft för samtliga medarbetare. Till din hjälp i det dagliga arbetet har du stöd av två enhetsledare och har även ett nära samarbete med verksamhetsansvariga. Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden: Kvalitets- och utvecklingsansvar: Säkerställa att verksamheten håller hög kvalitet, följa upp verksamhetsmål och driva patientsäkerhetsarbetet enligt lagar och förordningar. Personalansvar: Leda, motivera och utveckla medarbetare. I ansvaret ingår arbetsmiljö och kompetensförsörjning samt Lönehantering Verksamhetsansvar: Driva verksamheten framåt utifrån politiska beslut och lagar.

Tjänsten innefattar visst ekonomiskt ansvar som budgetuppföljning och Löneadministration Kvalifikationer Utbildning: Relevant högskoleutbildning (exempelvis socionom, personalvetare, ekonom) eller annan eftergymnasial utbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig. Erfarenhet: Du är bekant med de lagar och riktlinjer som styr vård- och omsorgsverksamhet inom hemtjänsten. Det är meritererande att ha erfarenhet av att jobba i Treserva, TES och Combine. Det är en fördel om du har någon form av ledarskapsutbildning och utbildning inom systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av arbete i kommunal verksamhet och är insatt i förutsättningarna för en politiskt styrd organisation. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet. Tidigare chefserfarenhet med personalansvar inom hemtjänst eller annan äldreomsorg är meriterande.

Tjänsten är ett vikariat på 12 månader med goda möjligheter för en fast anställning. Tillsättning av tjänsten sker efter överenskommelse. Arbetsplatsen är både Lerum och Alingsås
