Arbetsuppgifter Vi söker just nu en erfaren avlösare till en 10-årig kille med autism och intellektuell funktionsnedsättning. Uppdraget omfattar 14 timmar i månaden fördelat på 3-4 tillfällen som utförs under helger. Vid avlösningen kommer ni bland annat leka och vara ute i lekparken. Vi söker dig som har ett stort tålamod, är strukturerad, lyhörd, pedagogisk och har ett brinnande intresse för människor och emotionell omsorg. Tidigare erfarenhet av arbete med människor inom målgruppen är meriterande. Avlösarservice i hemmet innebär att du kommer hem till brukaren och tillsammans hittar ni på aktiviteter i hemmiljön t.ex. spelar spel, pysslar, bakar, lyssnar på musik eller samtalar och umgås i största allmänhet. Syftet med avlösarservice är att ge brukarens anhöriga möjlighet till avlastning. Anställningsvillkor Timlönen (inkl. OB) variera mellan 180-210 kr på helgen, 150-180 kr på vardagkvällar samt 130-160 kr vardagar (dagtid) beroende på dina kvalifikationer (utbildning och erfarenhet). Vid en eventuell anställning kommer vi be om referenser och utdrag från Polisens belastningsregister.
