Lexman Bemanning söker nu drivna och engagerade Etableringsmedarbetare till vårt specialiserade team som formar detaljhandelns nya landskap. Vi erbjuder dig ett intensivt, belönande och omväxlande arbete där ditt hantverk står i centrum.

Ditt Uppdrag: Från Tom Lokal till Säljklar Butik Som en del av etableringsteamet är du nyckeln till att snabbt och effektivt driftsätta nya butiker eller genomföra storskaliga ombyggnationer. Du arbetar i projekt som vanligtvis pågår mellan en till tre månader. Dina huvuduppgifter inkluderar: Montering & Installation: Bygga och installera tunga hyllsystem, kyl-/frysenheter, kassadiskar och all övrig butiksinredning – strikt efter ritningar och planogram. Logistik: Hantera, ta emot och pricka av varuleveranser för butiksinredning och utrustning. Slutfasen: Säkerställa korrekt varupåfyllnad och merchandising för att skapa en attraktiv och 100% säljklar butiksmiljö.

VIKTIGT: Detta är ett jobb för dig som trivs med att vara på resande fot! Projekten sker över hela landet, vilket innebär att du bor borta under veckorna och reser hem över helgen. Lexman står naturligtvis för boende och resor under hela projektperioden.

Vem Söker Vi? Den Händige Projektmedarbetaren Vi söker en självgående "doer" med en stark arbetsmoral och en förmåga att arbeta både fysiskt och metodiskt. Kvalifikationer & Erfarenhet: ⭐ Erfarenhet av Bygg/Montering (Krav): Du har erfarenhet av butiksbygge, etablering, ombyggnation eller liknande praktiskt bygg-/monteringsarbete. 📏 Ritningsläsning (Krav): Förmåga att läsa och omsätta planogram/ritningar till en korrekt butikslayout. 🗣️ Kommunikation (Krav): Du kommunicerar flytande på svenska i tal och skrift. 🚗 Körkort (Meriterande): B-körkort är ett stort plus, men inget absolut krav. Personligt: Du är en ansvarsfull lagspelare som värdesätter kamratskap och är lösningsorienterad när utmaningar uppstår.
