De söker nu en engagerad och erfaren ekonom och administratör till sitt trevliga team. Det här är en bred och mångsidig roll för dig som trivs i det mindre bolagets dynamiska miljö, där man hjälps åt och där ingen dag är den andra lik. I rollen som ekonom hos dem kommer du att sköta företagets ekonomiska flöden från ax till limpa, samtidigt som du stöttar organisationen med viktiga administrativa uppgifter och har många kontaktytor både internt och externt.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inom ekonomi och redovisning: * Ansvara för den löpande redovisningen * Ansvara för kund- och leverantörsreskontra * Hantering av in- och utbetalningar. * Genomföra löpande avstämningar av konton. * Upprätta och färdigställa månadsbokslut för underlag till ledningen.

Dina huvudsakliga administrativa uppgifter: * Orderregistrering och uppföljning i våra system. * Blanketthantering och andra allmänna kontorsadministrativa uppgifter. * Attestera och granska tidrapporter för att sedan skicka dem vidare för löneberedning (du behöver inte ha kunskap om eller bereda själva lönerna).

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som är positiv, prestigelös och noggrann. Detta är ett företag där man värdesätter och tycker om att samarbeta och kommunicera med varandra - och man hjälps åt där det behövs, så du skall vara enkel att samarbeta med och lösningsorienterad.

Kvalifikationer: * Du har en gedigen och dokumenterad erfarenhet av självständigt arbete med löpande redovisning och månadsbokslut, gärna från en liknande bred roll i ett mindre bolag. * Du har goda kunskaper i MS Excel och känner dig trygg med att använda det som ett dagligt arbetsverktyg. * Goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift. * Gott ordningssinne och noggrannhet är viktigt. * Erfarenhet av affärssystemet Pyramid är meriterande (Inget krav)
