Poolia söker nu en erfaren HR Business Partner för ett långsiktigt konsultuppdrag hos ett internationellt teknik- och industriföretag. Uppdraget startar den 2 november 2026 och löper till den 1 september 2027, med möjlighet till förlängning. Placering kan vara i Västerås eller Ludvika och resor mellan olika verksamhetsorter ingår. Om uppdraget Som HR Business Partner får du en strategisk och verksamhetsnära roll där du stöttar chefer och ledare i komplexa personal- och organisationsfrågor. Du blir en viktig partner i frågor som kompetensförsörjning, förändringsledning, arbetsrätt, prestationshantering och organisationsutveckling. Rollen innebär att driva och stötta större HR-initiativ samtidigt som du bidrar med rådgivning och coachning till verksamhetens ledare. Du arbetar nära både lokala och globala intressenter och får möjlighet att påverka hur organisationen utvecklas och växer. Du kommer bland annat att:

Coacha och stötta chefer i HR-relaterade frågor

Hantera arbetsrättsliga och personalrelaterade ärenden

Stötta organisationsförändringar och förändringsarbete

Bidra till strategisk kompetens- och successionsplanering

Samarbeta med rekryterings- och Talent Management-funktioner

Säkerställa framgångsrik implementering av HR-program och initiativ

Delta i och leda större HR-projekt

Vi söker dig som Har flera års erfarenhet som HR Business Partner eller i en liknande senior HR-roll

Är van att arbeta nära chefer och ledningsgrupper

Har god kunskap inom arbetsrätt, organisationsutveckling och förändringsledning

Har erfarenhet av att driva projekt och hantera komplexa HR-processer

Trivs i en internationell och matrisstyrd organisation

Kommunicerar obehindrat på engelska i tal och skrift

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av:

Globala organisationer och internationella HR-miljöer

EPC-projekt eller projekt kopplade till bygg- och anläggningsverksamhet

Mobilisering av arbetskraft över landsgränser

Svenska språket
