IT-bemanning är ett dotterföretag till IT-konsultföretaget Xperta AB och som är specialiserade inom området IT-infrastruktur. Letar du efter en arbetsplats som ger stor möjlighet till varierade arbetsuppgifter och utveckling? För vår räkning söker vi en social IT-tekniker som har ett starkt kundfokus med erfarenhet av support för långsiktigt konsultuppdrag i centrala Stockholm. Din profil: Vi söker supporttekniker med minst 2-3 års erfarenhet som IT-tekniker och som vill ta nästkommande steg i sin IT-karriär. Vi tittar mycket på personliga egenskaper. Vi söker en person som är ödmjuk, innovativ med hög samarbetsförmåga, tekniskt kunnig med tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta i servicedesk samt kan hantera svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift. God/mycket god kunskap inom:

Teknisk Support i windowsmiljö

Support slutanvändare telefon samt ärendehanteringssystem och/eller Onsite support
