Vill du arbeta i en organisation som utvecklar framtidens måltider för barn och elever? Tellusfood söker nu en erfaren kock till vårt produktionskök i Skarpnäck. Varje dag lagar vi cirka 1 400 måltider till förskolor och skolor med fokus på näringsrik, säker och hållbar mat. Hos oss blir du en viktig del av kockteamet och ansvarar tillsammans med dina kollegor för den dagliga lunchproduktionen samt planering och tillagning av specialkost och allergikost. Arbetet omfattar även packning av måltider, inköp, arbete i kostdatasystem, varumottagning, egenkontroll enligt HACCP samt övriga arbetsuppgifter som förekommer i ett produktionskök. Du samarbetar nära dina kollegor och har vid behov kontakt med beställare, skolor, förskolor och transportör. Vi söker dig som har kockutbildning och minst tre års erfarenhet från storhushåll, catering eller restaurangkök. Du har gedigen erfarenhet av att arbeta med specialkost och allergikost inom skola, förskola eller äldreomsorg samt goda kunskaper inom egenkontroll och livsmedelshygien. Du har också god datorkunskap och vana av digitala system. Du behärskar svenska väl i tal och skrift och kan arbeta från kl. 06.00. Har du HACCP-utbildning, erfarenhet av Mashie eller annat kostdatasystem, arbetat i förskole- eller skolkök eller har B-körkort ser vi det som meriterande. Som person är du ansvarstagande, noggrann och lösningsorienterad. Du trivs med att arbeta i ett högt tempo, samarbetar gärna med andra och har ett genuint engagemang för att laga säker och god mat till barn. Vi erbjuder en tillsvidareanställning på heltid (100 %) med tillträde tidigast den 3 augusti 2026 eller enligt överenskommelse. Arbetstiden är förlagd till måndag–fredag kl. 06.00–14.30.
