Om rollen Vi söker en erfaren konsult till vår Tax & Legal-praktik som ska driva klientrelationer och marknadsarbete inom skatteincitament och statliga bidrag för forskning och utveckling. Du blir en nyckelresurs som kombinerar djup skattekunskap med strategisk klientrådgivning och aktiv marknadsutveckling. Dina huvudsakliga uppgifter Klientrådgivning: Ge strategisk vägledning till växande och etablerade företag kring skatteincitament (R&D-avdrag, patent box, innovationskrediter) och statliga bidrag för FoU-projekt Projektledning: Leda komplexa rådgivningsprojekt från initiering till implementering, säkerställa leverans enligt överenskomna tidsplaner och kvalitetsstandarder Marknadsutveckling: Identifiera och utveckla nya affärsmöjligheter, bygga relationer med potentiella klienter och industripartners, och positionera Deloitte som ledande rådgivare inom området Kunskap och nätverk: Hålla dig uppdaterad om regeländringar, utveckla och dela kunskap inom teamet, och bygga ett starkt professionellt nätverk Affärsutveckling: Bidra till försäljning av nya uppdrag, delta i pitchar och presentationer, och stödja kollegor i komplexa ärenden

Vi söker dig som har Minst 5–7 års erfarenhet från arbete med FoU-incitament eller liknande rådgivning Stark kunskap om lokala och internationella skatteregler, bidragsprocesser och regelverket för skatteincitament Beprövad förmåga att hantera klientrelationer och driva projekt från försäljning till leverans Marknadsorientering: Du är driven av att utveckla nya affärsmöjligheter och bygga långsiktiga klientrelationer Kommunikativ och analytisk: Du kan förklara komplexa skatteregler på ett begripligt sätt och presentera för olika målgrupper Proaktiv och självständig: Du tar initiativ, löser problem och arbetar väl både självständigt och i team
